1) During the negotiation, I asked if we had the best money factor and I was told yes. In the financing session, I learned I did not have the lowest money factor as I was given another incentive to get to our price point. The sales manager did not disclose I had to pay a higher money factor for that incentive. 2) When my wife was getting her tutorial on the car, the window kept steaming up. The salesperson just said it was a humid day. When I saw the car, there was clearly a film on it. I cleaned the entire windshield, and it immediately went away. 3) We are owed $31K as we sold our car to the dealership and are doing a lease for the new car. I was told we wouldn't get our check for "two weeks" as they are a small dealer and had to wait for funds from VW. I have done this before, but this is the first time I have ever had to wait.

My service advisor Mark is very helpful and he kept me informed on my progress. He truly cares about his clients!!! My 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan was in for the 30K miles service they did a great job and it was completed in less time than expected. Mark made sure I was taken care of, as usual. I was given a ride home and brought back to their dealership once my SUV was completed. I always take my SUV for service to Volkswagen of Palatine. Thank you for the great service.
