I am giving one star because I took my 2021 VW Tiguan for 60K mileage service. The entire service costed around $480.00, I got my car back with damages on door and the hood. (dings and scratches). One of the services (cabin filter) was not performed. Tire rotation was not done correctly. In summary, I have doubts if any service was performed on top of having my car damaged while it was in the dealer. I asked them to check the water pump and coolant level too. I was asked to set an appointment for the following week where I was informed that the damage on my car was going to get fixed and they would look into the water pump/coolant. My car stayed 9 days at the dealer. The scratches was just polished on the door, nothing else was fixed. The cabin filter was not exchanged. And the tire rotation which I complained stayed the same. I was asked to re-flushed the coolant and was charged for it. And coolant leaking was not found.
