I think a hello text to advise who is going to work with my car. We dropped off via overnight drop box. I had to call for update instead of my advisor calling me. He was nice but no call or Text is weird.

Excellent customer service in the Service department!!! I’m blessed for having both of the Service Advisors that worked with me and made sure I was very well taken care of, including setting me up with a loaner. I can’t say enough about these two men, Mark and Michael are an exceptional pair of men and I am blessed that they work for the Volkswagen of Palatine. Thanks to them I knew I was in great hands. I can’t say thank you enough!!!
