Service was to change oil and rotate tires part of "included" PM of vehicle. I find out later that the tires were not rotated. That does not give you confidence that any of the service work was done properly.

I took my car gor service ,I waited for 4 hours when they toll me tha the part never vome in it was in back order they could say that as doon as zI get there.
