    I am very disappointed with my recent service experience. Despite paying a significant amount for a transmission fluid replacement, I was not provided with clear documentation or video evidence of the procedure, as promised by your staff. Additionally, no explanation was given regarding whether key components like the fine filter were replaced, which is critical for an effective service. Furthermore, my concern regarding persistent squeaking noises from the suspension was dismissed as ‘normal wear and tear.’ This explanation seems inaccurate, as the problem persists and clearly impacts the driving experience. It feels as though the team did not allocate sufficient time or resources to thoroughly investigate or resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I left your service center with no resolution and little confidence in the quality of the work performed. I expected much better from your dealership and hope you will address these shortcomings in the future.
