We were greeted at the door by Kyle upon arrival. He introduced himself as an owner and explained what we should expect from the dealership experience. This was a warm welcome after we had walked out of Mazda next door because of terrible customer service. We were then introduced to Adriana who was patient, professional, and overall fantastic. We were not necessarily ready to buy a car that day, but because of the exceptional customer service and ease of negotiation, we pulled the trigger.

Service Advisor did not greet me. Not very friendly or cordial. Was not familiar with my service contract which included oil change and tire rotation. Tried to charge me for this service. Did not address my complaint regarding footwell lighting not working.

I was able to make a service appointment (oil change) for the next day, and also had to have a tire ordered. When the tire arrived, Maryann and the team managed to work me in for the installation so I could travel that evening.
