We had a deal made in about 20 minutes. I’m obsessed with my car and the service made me feel so at ease. Craig and Ken made me and my family feel so welcomed I’ve been recommending them since I came Home with my car :)

Excellent service! Very reasonable amount of time for work done, staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and the waiting area is welcoming and clean. Complimentary coffee & water was nice and the car wash was appreciated. This first time customer will definitely return in the future for my Atlas care and I look forward to shopping for my new Atlas in the near future at this dealership.

Wait time was ridiculous. The gentleman that checked me in acted as if it my fault, because I choose not to take the shuttle, they fit me in. I had an appointment, you took my car at 10:30:and I had to ask twice to get it back by 12:45

I was not able to use my grad discount with my auto show discount and my United airlines employee discount

friendly staff, and the team helped me out and listened to my issues. Even thought we couldn't pin-point the diagnosis, I appreciate the attention they provided me and my concerns.

I was told the cabin filter should be replaced and it would cost $30. When I went to pay the bill include a total charge of $69 for replacing the cabinet, because there was $39 of labor charged. When I questioned this the service manager who told me it would cost $30 stated he told me about the labor charge. He absolutely did not. When he initially brought it up I explicitly confirmed it would cost $30. The service manager quickly had them take off the charge for the cost of the filter, but the labor remained. Therefore, I still paid more than what was quoted. How can there be $39 of labor involved with replacing a filter? I did not appreciate feeling like I was gauged and will not be brining either of our VWs to your dealership again. Hope the additional revenue from the cabin filter was worth it.

Overall, the team at VW of Palatine handles themselves like professionals and everyone involved in the purchase was very courteous and responsive. I requested information multiple times in the weeks leading up to my purchase and the communication was responsive and transparent. There were several folks I’d like to note as particularly integral to closing the sale: Josh, Ken, Patrick, Adriana and Kyle jumped in as well when I had a couple questions. Jack in finance also very easy to work with and not pushy. Tone at the top seems to be one that creates a positive experience for buyers and the team at VW of Palatine.
