    No good service and responsibility, within a month i went thrice for the airbag issue which is life threatening and still it’s happening again and again and they cant even find whats the issue is. Worst experience ever

    I had my car serviced recently. When I went to pick it up, the staff walked me through the garage. However, when they handed me the keys, I ended up searching for my car on my own. It was a frustrating experience due to the poor service.

    I had a very great experience paying in full for my 2015 Jetta. I only wish they had told me that even though I brought a Cashier's check for the full amount from Chase Bank, that I was still not to be trusted completely. The finance department still had me go through a credit check. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have just brought $25,000-ish in CASH. Then I would have not had to go through this. Otherwise, everything else was great. Salesman Erik made the rest of the process seamless. Thanks Erik!!!
