I had an oil change and tire rotation Thursday afternoon, September 25. The next morning as I was leaving my garage, the tire light went on. I went back to Volkswagen and Mike, the service manager himself, immediately rechecked the tires. All is well. Amazing service @

I like to come in for my appointment, grab a cup of coffee and sit and read my book peacefully. No one bothers me... just a peaceful time! The service people are very kind and courteous. I joke with them that I'd like to come read my book peacefully there even when I don't have an appointment. This is one of the reasons I keep purchasing VW, as I like the service!
