My car was in for a recall, the middle seat would not move back and forth to access the third row and the fan button in the middle row was jammed. My car was in for a week (longer than expected). I did not use a loaner car because I didn't think it would be that long. I did not receive calls with updates. I had to call for updates. On day 6 I was told my car was ready to go. I got there and the fan button was still jammed and my ride had left. So I had to get a loaner car and wait another day and come back again to get my car. I would think maybe I would have gotten an oil change or something for the inconvenience. That being said, employees were friendly and polite.
